Siam Compressor Industry Co., Ltd. (SCI) has reaffirmed its success in human resource innovation by winning the Gold award at the Thailand HR Innovation Award 2024 for its project, The Power of AI for Everyone. The award was accepted by SCI’s executive team, represented by Mr. Mamoru Chiyonobu, Managing Director, and Mr. Kajonsak Suwattanakorn, Deputy Managing Director. We were also honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siridech Boonsang, Head of the CiRA CORE Research Team, KMITL, who joined us in celebrating this achievement.

The Thailand HR Innovation Award is the pinnacle of recognition for human resource (HR) innovation in Thailand. Its objective is to encourage organizations to develop new ideas and methods for managing and enhancing human resources, thereby boosting competitiveness and inspiring other organizations to invest in and develop HR innovations.
For SCI, this is not the first recognition on this esteemed stage. Over the years, the company has won the Thailand HR Innovation Award four times, with three Silver awards and one Complimentary award:

1. 2017: Silver award for Unlock Your Potential for Innovative Organization.
2. 2018: Complimentary award for Inside Out: Sharing Safety Innovations with Educational Institutions.
3. 2019: Silver award for How Agile HR Changes SCI’s Digital Lifestyle.

The Power of AI for Everyone project focuses on organizational development by enhancing employees’ AI skills while fostering a collaborative corporate culture that integrates AI into work processes. This initiative has been expanded to include the creation of AI application courses tailored for the industrial sector, enabling employees at all levels, as well as external organizations, to learn and apply these skills in real-world scenarios under the concept of “AI for Everyone.”
