Siam Compressor Industry Co., Ltd. (SCI) remains committed to fostering a sustainable and inclusive community, particularly through supporting persons with disabilities in alignment with the company’s DEI policy—Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Believing that everyone deserves equal opportunities and stable employment, SCI has collaborated with the Chaopraya Surasak Municipality to provide jobs for persons with disabilities under Section 35 of Thailand's Persons with Disabilities Empowerment Act. This initiative has continued since 2018, enabling persons with disabilities to work in various government offices across Si Racha District, Chonburi Province.
In previous years, SCI supported persons with disabilities through activities such as disability fairs and vocational training. To strengthen long-term employment and advance DEI principles, the company now focuses on the Section 35 employment program, “Creating Jobs, Creating Careers — Persons with Disabilities Can Work,” which promotes self-reliance, stable income, and meaningful social participation.
