The oil return function in SCI inverter driver has been developed to maintain the proper oil level in the compressor during operation as it enhances efficiency, durability, and extends lifespan of the compressor. Additionally, in our recent development, we've incorporated an automatic operation function for oil control under two specified conditions, aiming to assist developers in programming the main control unit and reducing the overall time needed for unit development.
The first condition is when the inverter driver's condition is due; it will start operating with the oil return function immediately, and when the operation is completed according to the specified function, it will return to normal operating condition.
The second condition operates on external signals received through the oil sensor that monitors the compressor's oil level. When a warning signal indicates a low oil level, the inverter driver promptly activates the oil return function. Even after the warning signal disappears, the oil return function continues to operate for an additional duration to ensure that the oil reaches an adequate level. This approach not only improves operational efficiency but also maintains a stable temperature for the compressor as it operates only when necessary.
With SCI’s integrated solution, the utilization of the oil return function in SCI inverter driver maximizes efficiency, durability, and the lifespan of the compressor. Additionally, it significantly reduces the time required for programming and developing the unit system. As we continue to advance our technologies, these efforts underline our dedication to delivering solutions in the field of compressor control.
